Valiyaperunnal showcases retro cool in Chemmanam lyrical video

was launched on social media and it is a celebration of the 1980s, complete with

retro

graphics, sounds and looks. A disco number, Chemmanam, has lead pair Shane and Himika Bose showing of their dance moves in metallic jackets, again in scenes that look straight out a 1980s movie.

But the real treat is that the dance is choreographed by

Kings United Mumbai

, which won international acclaim when they took the top prize in a US-based dance reality show. Chemmanam is written and sung by Saju Sreenivas, and composed by Rex Vijayan. The film is directed by Dimal Dennis, who has also scripted it with Thasreeq Abdul Salam.
