During the UAE trailer launch of Mammootty's much-anticipated horror drama 'Bramayugam,' the acclaimed actor advised fans to come with an open mind and avoid forming preconceived notions based on the trailer.
Speaking at the function, Mammootty emphasized the importance of experiencing the film without any preconceived thoughts, ensuring a more enjoyable viewing experience.
The actor stated, "You may have had some thoughts after watching the trailer, but don’t create any stories prior to watching the movie. I am saying this to avoid a situation where the audience, after watching the movie, comments by saying that we thought of a different story." He urged the audience to approach the film with a fresh perspective and let go of expectations, promising that 'Bramayugam' has surprises in store.
Mammootty emphasised the importance of approaching the film with an open mind, stating, "Without any preconceived notions or expectations about whether the movie will scare you or surprise you, make you happy, leave all such thoughts from your minds, and buy a ticket for the film, enjoy it." He cautioned against bringing preconceived stories into the theatre, as it might affect the overall entertainment value of the film.
Directed by Rahul Sadasivan, 'Bramayugam' features Mammootty in the role of the antagonist. The horror drama, set to release on February 15, also stars Amalda Liz, Siddharth Bharathan, and Arjun Ashokan in pivotal roles.
