Mammootty took to his official Twitter handle to share a picture with Mohanlal and penned a note saying that the picture was taken while on a visit to the ‘Drishyam’ actor’s new home. Mohanlal reshared the same picture via his official Twitter handle and penned an adorable note calling Mammootty, ‘Ichakka’ (brother).
As the click of both the legends is making a huge buzz on social media, fans have started asking questions on whether Mammootty and Mohanlal will be teaming up for an upcoming movie. The majority of the netizens are saying that both the legends will be teaming up for the sequel of the superhit movie ‘Harikrishnans’ which was directed by the renowned director Fazil.

Some unconfirmed reports say that the director Fazil has begun the script work for ‘Harikrishnans 2’. Although there has not been any official confirmation on the same, the fans are really enthralled to see both the superstars coming together for a movie.
On the other hand, since it was on the last day that the ‘Lucifer’ sequel ‘Empuraan’ was announced, rumors are spreading on social media, saying that Mammootty will be playing a pivotal role in ‘Empuraan’.
