You cannot miss THIS throwback picture of Mammootty and his family
It’s Wednesday and most of you will be feeling a bit low. But this throwback picture of Mammootty is sure to drive away your mid-week blues. Megastar Mammootty turned 69 this week and many of his colleagues had sent wishes through their social media handles. Filmmaker Sangeeth Sivan also penned a lovely birthday message for Mammootty and the post is now making rounds on social media. Sangeeth Sivan has reminisced about how he met Mammootty for the first time and also shared an unseen throwback picture of the actor and his family. The pictures date decades back as Mammootty was probably in his 40s and Dulquer Salmaan was a kid. Mammootty is accompanied by his wife Sulath, and their kids Dulquer Salmaan and Surumy in the picture.
Sangeeth Sivan referred Mammooty to as Ichakkka and recalled the incident of bonding with him. "The first conversation I had with Mammootty, was when he called me to congratulate for my debut directorial 'Vyuham'. We grew closer during a Chennai trip. It was during the release of 'Yodha'. I'd booked a flight ticket to Chennai, but Mammootty asked me to cancel it and he drove me to Chennai in his new car. We had food from wayside eateries. He is a simple human being. We have never done a movie together but still maintains a good rapport. I have a good relationship with his family. Ichakka has visited my home and I have clicked a lot of pictures of him and his family. I'm posting my favorite photo here,” Sangeeth Sivan penned sharing the picture.
