'Kaattu' film's first song 'Ekayaayi Nee' is sung by Unnikrishnan

Kollywood singer P Unnikrishnan has sung quite a few hit songs in Malayalam like 'Ya Ya Ya Yaadava' of 'Devaraagam' and 'Kaasithumba' of the movie 'One Man Show.'

His next in Malayalam is the song 'Ekayaayi Nee' for the film 'Kaattu.' The film's crew had recently released an intro for the song in which Unnikrishnan says he is thrilled to sing the track which is composed by Deepak Dev.


"Deepak is my good friend. It's for the first time that I am working alongside lyricist Rafeeq Ahmed and Deepak Dev and the song is composed in raag Reethigaula. I really enjoyed singing this beautiful melody. I have sung many film songs in Reethigaula but this one is treated differently," the singer says. 'Kaattu' has Asif Ali and Murali Gopy in the lead and it is directed by Arun Kumar Aravind.
