Shweta Mohan does a cover version of ‘Anuragalola Gathri’ as a dedication to P Susheela
Veteran singer P Susheela recently celebrated her birthday on November 13 and the music industry has been conveying birthday wishes to her in various forms.
Sharing the song, Shweta wrote on her page: Hi all... Here's a song to celebrate the last week of Susheelamma's birthday month :) Susheelamma has given so many hits in Malayalam, but this one duet with Dasamama is a personal favourite. It is one of Naushad saab's best compositions and a trademark stamp in raag Bhatdeep. Every malayalee likes this song and this cover goes out to each of you :)

Shweta’s song had keys and arrangement by Karthik Devraj, mixing and mastering by Renjith Rajan, cinematography and editing by Hayagreev, Ivis John as the recording engineer, Kavin G as the associate cameraman, Kalesh Sivnandan on second camera and direction.
The original song was written by Yousaf Ali Kecheri and had music by Naushad. It was sung by K J Yesudas, alongside P Susheela.
‘Dhwani,’ directed by A T Abu, was the last movie of actor Prem Nazir, who passed away on January 16, 1989. The film had Jayaram and Shobhana in the lead roles. Suresh Gopi and late writer Vaikom Muhammad Basheer also make appearances in the movie. The movie, which was a huge hit, also owed its success to its hit scores. The film was the only Malayalam project of Naushad.
