In an exclusive chat with Etimes, Director Sameer Vidwans revealed that the team had kept a special screening for Dr. Shantaram Balwant Mujumdar. Mr Mujumdar was very amazed and decided to open a new medical college for girls in Pune.
Sameer said "It's very big for achievement for me and my team. This is a true success of 'Anandi Gopal'. There are almost 150 students, who have already taken the admission. We are very happy that this film has made a positive impact on society"

Anandi Gopal Joshi
, who is known as the first Indian woman doctor.
