Aditya Sarpotdar on 2 years of 'Mauli': Gave me the confidence to take a bigger leap

Reminiscing about the film's journey,

process

of 'Mauli' started when we were working the script of 'Faster Fene 2'. Riteish suggested us about film 'Mauli'. Because after '

Lai Bhaari

', he wanted to take the character of 'Mauli' ahead"

He further elaborated "So, he wanted to make a new film with a different story. Riteish being a producer and a lead actor was involved in the entire process. I think the most difficult part was that 'Mauli' was huge considering the film's budget and execution was very challenging. So, it was a great experience and this film gave me the confidence to take a bigger leap"
