Marathi cinema's ace filmmaker Kedhar Shinde's upcoming women-centric film 'Baipan Bhaari Deva' has already created a buzz on social media. Today, the much-awaited trailer was released by veteran star Ashok Saraf at Swatantrya Veer Savarkar Auditorium in Dadar, Mumbai.
The two-minute-thirty-two seconds clip begins with Vandana Gupte (Shashi) who wants to participate in the Mangala Gauri contest. It shows Vandana who tries to convince her office colleague to participate in the contest.
The trailer shows Vandana getting in touch with her five sisters (Rohini Hattangadi, Sukanya Kulkarni, Shilpa Navalkar, Suchitra Bandekar and Deepa Chaudhari) to participate in the Mangala Gauri contest. Now, how these six sisters will manage their household life and participate in the Mangala Gauri contest remains the real crux of the story.
Check out the trailer below: While speaking about the film's content, Director Kedar Shinde said, "This is a woman-oriented film and it is a story of six sisters (played by Rohini Hattangadi, Vandana Gupte, Sukanya Kulkarni, Shilpa Navalkar, Suchitra Bandekar and Deepa Chaudhari)"
"It is a very unique story that revolves around these six ladies. I have done several films which had stories revolving around women but 'Bai Pan Bhari Deva' is totally different. I am sure that the audience would love to watch this film," Shinde added.
The film releases in cinemas on 30th June 2023.
