It also has an interesting love triangle. Saai (Jitendra Joshi) aced the negative role with his spectacular acting. His line, “Mehune Mehune, Mehunyache Pahune” became famous. This Chandrakant Kulkarni directorial follows the journey of Tukaram to Sant Tukoba Maharaj. His belief in Lord Vitthal and his thinking is brilliantly captured in the film. All the actors have done complete justice to their characters. Jitendra Joshi as 'Tukaram' completely stole the show by proving his acting mettle. This biopic is set against the background of the 17th century and is thus worth the watch.
