The trailer of Chandrakant Kanse's sequel 'Daagdi Chaawl 2' starring Makarand Deshpande, Ankush Chaudhari and Pooja Sawant was released today on social media and has already raised expectations from the film.
In 'Dagadi Chaal 2' we will get to see a different relationship between Surya and Daddy. Surya (Ankush), who was once Daddy's right-hand man, is now seen living a simple life with his family out of the clutches of a gang war.
What exactly has happened between them now and why their relationship has become bitter, will be known only after watching the movie.
While speaking about the film, filmmaker Kanse said, "It is sure that 'Dagdi Chaal 2' will once again make a different impression at the box office. This time, politics will also be seen in this film along with gang war"
Check out the trailer below: Directed by Chandrakant Kanse, Daagdi Chaawl 2 is the second film in the franchise after the first one was released in 2015.
The film's story has been written by Machchindra Bugade, with dialogues by Sanjay Jamkhandi.
It is set to be released in cinemas on 19 August.
