Deadline for submitting entries for Maharashtra State Marathi Film Awards extended

The Maharashtra State Marathi Film Awards have consistently served as a distinguished platform for honoring the finest achievements in Marathi cinema. This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your work. The submission deadline has been extended now.

Producers are now invited to submit their entries for the 61st Maharashtra State Marathi Film Awards by December 27, 2024, as announced by Swati Mhase Patil, managing director of the Maharashtra Film, Theatre, and Cultural Development Corporation.


Films that received censorship approval between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, are eligible for consideration for the awards. "Entry forms and further information can be found on the official website, filmcitymumbai.org, as well as at the Public Relations Department of the Corporation. Producers are encouraged to submit their entries along with the necessary documentation to the Public Relations Department of the Corporation within the specified timeframe," said a spokesperson.
