After Sameer Joshi's bilingual film '

Choomantar

' that wrapped up recently, another Marathi film titled '

Shrimati Umbrella

' went on floors in London.

The movie, which is helmed by Gajendra Ahire features Sonali Kulkarni and Mrunal Kulkarni in the lead roles. Mrinal Kulkarni recently shared a picture of them together and captioned it, 'Lali Lila' (sic). Also, wishing Sonali on her birthday, Mrinal wrote, "Hey happy birthday dear Sonali ! The super talented actor and a super lovely person !!Wish you heaps of happiness! Keep smiling always," (sic).

Sonali Kulkarni too shared a fun video of hers trying her hand at horse riding. Needless to say, the two are having a blast on the shoot. She wrote on her social media, "A big thank you to all of you for making my big day so special love.." (sic).

Gajendra Ahire says, "We started shooting on Oct 28 and we are majorly shooting in the outskirts of London. As the fall season has begun, everything has become so picturesque. We won't be impacted much by the lockdown here. Hopefully, we will wrap the shoot smoothly." Ahire has already finished shooting for two Marathi movies, post the lockdown. While 'Adkitta' is a comedy-thriller starring all first-time actors, 'Vidyapeeth' is a biopic based on the life of Solapur woman Shashikala Kamble. Anjali Patil is playing her role.

Recently, Suvrat Joshi, Rinku Rajguru, Rishi Saxena, Prarthana Behere and child artiste Shrinivas Pokale, who are playing prominent roles in 'Choomantar', returned to India. They shot for almost a month in the UK.
