across the nation are waiting eagerly for a go-ahead from the government to resume their businesses.

Following to which, the Marathi cinema's

popular filmmaker Viju Mane

and single-screen theatre workers and exhibitors had gathered to protests outside a Vandana theatre to re-open single-screen theatres.

While speaking exclusively with Etimes, Filmmaker Viju Mane said "If we malls, government and private companies can resume their work, then why not cinema hall. I am not talking about multiplex screens, we are worried about single-screen theatres. These small screen theatres can re-open with limited people. And we are ready to manage it by following all rules and regulations"


Meanwhile, on the work front, Viju Mane's last released film '

Monkey Baat

' did well at the box-office. It featured stars like Pushkar Shrotri, Bhargavi Chirmule, Vijay Kadam, and Mangesh Desai in key roles.
