The report of ace filmmaker Karan Johar is planning to remake the Marathi film 'Jhimma' in Hindi has already a buzz on social media. However, there is no official confirmation of the same.
To confirm these reports, Etimes got in touch with 'Jhimma' director Hemant Dhome. He shared, "Kshitee Jog is part of Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani'. So, she there discussing the remake of the Marathi film 'Jhimma' in Hindi. But we haven't finalised anything yet."
Talking about the Marathi film 'Jhimma', is the story of the film revolves around a group of ladies of different age groups going on an all-women packaged tour to London from India.
It starred Sonalee Kulkarni, Suchitra Bandekar, Nirmiti Sawant, Kshitee Jog, Suhas Joshi, Sayali Sanjeev and Mrinmayee Godbole in pivotal roles.
