She says, 'Nagraj Manjule, the director of the film showed immense confidence in me and I'm happy that I have made him proud. I'm playing a free-spirited village girl in the film and had a blast essaying the role. This award has encouraged me to work harder. My phone has not stopped ringing ever since the award was announced; and I'm enjoying this moment to the fullest. It was great when my parents called me up and said they are proud of me. I'm planning to treat my friends and colleagues soon.'
