Poster: Sonali Kulkarni to play Sulochana Didi in 'Aani... Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar'

The makers of 'Aani... Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar' have revealed that actress Sonali Kulkarni will play veteran actress Sulochana Latkar in the film. Directed by Abhijeet Deshpande, the film is a biopic on the legendary Marathi theatre and film actor Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar, whose character will be essayed by Subodh Bhave.
The poster has actress Sonali Kulkarni dressed in Sulochana.The make-up artists have done as much as possible to ensure the actress resembles Sulochana Didi. Earlier, the actor Subodh Bhave had revealed that Sumeet Ragahvan will play veteran actor Dr. Shriram Lagoo in the film from his Instagram handle.
Ghanekar, a celebrated Marathi theatre actor, passed away in 1986 aged 47. He was also a dental surgeon. The film was earlier titled 'Aani...Kashinath Ghanekar', now with the addition of 'Dr' the title has changed to 'Aani... Dr Kashinath Ghanekar'. The film is scheduled to release on 7 November 2018.
