Sangeet Devbhabali leaves Boman Irani awestruck

Actor Boman Irani recently reached Shivaji Mandir to watch a Marathi play titled 'Sangeet Devbhabali'.

The actor was so impressed with the play and actors' performances that he shared an appreciation post for the team. Sharing the pictures with the cast and crew of the play on social media, he wrote, "At the iconic #ShriShivajiMandir to experience my friend #prajaktadeshmukh ‘s outstanding Marathi play #devababhali , in awe of the writing, production and the mesmeric duo of @shubhangisadavarte and #mansijoshi," (sic).


'Sangeet Devbhabhi' has received several awards, and is one of the most popular Marathi plays. The musical period drama has been included in the BA curriculum in Mumbai University.
