Gippy Grewal donned the director’s hat for the first time in 2016 for the movie ‘Ardaas’ and was lauded for the same. Now the artist has announced the sequel of the same, ‘Ardaas 2’, which is slated to release in 2019. The first installment was written by Gippy Grewal and
Rana Ranbir, but the sequel has been solely penned by the former and will be helmed by him only. Also, the movie will be produced under Gippy’s maiden production house.
While having an exclusive word with ETimes, Gippy Grewal’s spokesperson said that the movie is yet again based on a social message and is rich in content just like the previous part. However, the subject addressed this time will be different. The shooting of the same is soon to go on floors.
