Bollywood filmmaker Imtiaz Ali who was recently working with Diljit Dosanjh on the Chamkila biopic seems to have found interest in Punjabi cinema. Today taking to his social media handle, the ‘Jat We Met’ director gave a shout-out to the upcoming Punjabi film ‘White Punjab’.
He took to his social media story he shared a picture of himself with the writer-director of the movie Gabbar Sangrur holding the clapboard of the film. In another story, he only shared a picture of the clapboard. Along with the pictures he wrote - “best wishes to Gabbar Sangrur and team White Punjab”.

‘White Punjab’ focuses on the rising gang culture in Punjab. The film highlights Punjab’s rich culture and how youth can play a huge role in rebuilding Rangla Punjab.
The cast of the film includes Kartar Cheema, Dakksh Ajit Singh, Rabbi Kandola. Further, the movie is introducing Kaka.
Last but not least, the film’s cinematography will be done by Soni Singh.
