Punjabi actress Monica Gill
had an exclusive interview with ETimes on the occasion of Father’s Day. The actress connected with us and spilled some beans on her bond with her dad. She started the conversation with, “I am my dad’s carbon copy in female form. I’ve learned determination and the zeal to succeed from him!”
“I am where I am because of my dad. He took the initiative to send me to India. Without him, none of this would have been possible,” added Monica Gill.
She also spoke about the most beautiful and cherished memories from her childhood days with her father. Talking about it, she said, “I think my fondest memories of my dad has been of him dancing. I always see my dad as a very happy jolly positive man.”
The actress concluded the conversation by telling us about one piece of advice that her father gave her, which she can never forget. She said, “Kar pahla ho pahla, anth pahle dha pahla”, which means that if you do good, the outcome will always be good. The reverse of this is also true, that if you do bad, the outcome will always be bad.
