“I have received thousands of appreciation messages for this film,” says Tania as ‘Bajre Da Sitta' completes one year of release

Over the years Punjabi cinema has created history by giving one after another classic film. In 2022 when Jass Grewal’s ‘Bajre Da Sitta’ came out one more film was added to the very collection. And on Sunday, i.e. July 15, 2023, the movie completed a year. The one-year anniversary brought back memories for the audience and for the cast as well. Perhaps that is why Tania took to her social media handle to share a sweet message.

Sharing a clip that has a montage of videos from the movie, backed with two melodies, one the title track and the second ‘Tareya To Puch Chan Ve,’ Tania wrote - “One glorious year of BAJRE DA SITTA…Es film nu ena jada pyaar den lyi bhut bhut shukriya…..i’ve received thousands and thousands of appreciation messages for this film ….Thank you for your love always …Cheers to the whole team of BDS, my co-actors , our producers , the director and writer , our singers and musicians , wishing many more films together to all of us ��…Bajre da Sitta available at amazon prime❤️”


As aforementioned Tania’s character Roop got a lot of appreciation from both critics and audience. Right from her look in the movie to the character graph that was sketched for her, everything was simply gold.


Further, alongside Tania, Ammy Virk, and Noor Chahal were seen in the lead roles. In fact, Noor made her debut in Pollywood with this film. Further, Nirmal Rishi, Guggu Gill, Hobby Dhaliwal, Roopi Rupinder, and many more were seen in pivotal roles.
