The bond that Shehnaaz Gill and late actor Sidharth Shukla shared was not hidden from anyone. They were the closest of friends, and as mentioned by Shehnaaz Gill in their last on-screen appearance, they were more like family. When Shehnaaz Gill reached the crematorium for the last rites of Sidharth Shukla, she was mobbed by the paparazzi. The way the shutterbugs tried to capture Shehnaaz, didn’t go down well with many people, including Punjabi actress Mandy Takhar. Kaur B is one of the Punjabi singers who made sure to send some words of condolences to Shehnaaz Gill after the demise of Sidharth Shukla. Lyricist duo, Kaptaan a.k.a Taranjeet Singh, and Manpreet Singh in their recent conversation with us, also spoke about Shehnaaz Gill. The duo said, “ we are someone who didn’t know the guy personally, and on the other hand, Shehnaaz called him her family. One can only imagine the pain that girl must be going through right now. On top of that, the way the paparazzi behaved, wasn’t right. We understand it was their job to cover everything, but they should have been more sensitive especially during times like these.
