A lot of celebrities are not taking this lockdown as an excuse to miss workout, and thus, they are gyming at the comfort of their home. Punjabi singer-actor Kulwinder Billa is also one of them. Earlier also he shared a video of his home workout and gave out a message that people need to make the most out of their quarantine, and now again sharing another home workout video the artist is setting some serious fitness goals.

can be seen doing variation plank, a proper core exercise that burns overall body fat, especially belly. Also, it gives your core unmatched strength. Sharing the video of his workout, Kulwinder penned a quirky caption. He wrote - “Ah exercise bht vadia jo ehna dina pronthe kha k dhidh vadoun ch lgge a �� . Fun v a te faida v a eh excercise da .”


Meanwhile, on the work front, Kulwinder Billa is supposed to hit the big screens with the movie ‘Parahuneya Nu Dafa Karo’ this year in May. However, owing to the lock down, we don’t know if the makers will shift the date of the same.
