Punjabi singer Deep Money recently sat with ETimes for an exclusive chat. During the same, he spoke about his recent song ‘Munda Sexy’, the songs that are on the top of his playlist, his future projects, and much more.

What is the description of ‘Munda Sexy’ according to you?
“Every artist to date has only made songs for women. They praised their hair, their cheeks, and their walk. We thought why should men be left behind? For this song, I took inspiration from VKR sir. I observed his lifestyle. His parties are incomparable to what we see in the videos. I promised him a song from my side on his birthday and said I would name it ‘Munda Sexy’. I indeed took inspiration for this song from sir and the way he lives, no one can imagine his lifestyle. He is an amazing human being and the song is 100 percent about him.”

"Any singer who sings well tops my playlist and especially if they sing the melody. I like the singer 'King' a lot and Nusrat sir is a regular on my playlist. 'Kahani Suno' and 'Pasoori' I like a lot.”
Which artist do you believe your voice suits the most?
“My voice has already suited the best for megastar Salman Khan. We have sung ‘Heeriye’ for him. If you look at the video you'll know that it was only made for Salman Khan. We have made a song 'Maria Maria' and I wish to send that song to Salman sir and maybe he can use that song in his next film. I've made that song only for him.”
What future projects can we expect from you?
“Our next song 'Meri Marzi' is coming very soon. It's a commercial hip-hop song. In the pipeline I have an emotional song with Kamal Khan, 'Gumshuda' which is very close to me, and VKR sir, a few songs with Rupali Jagga and Rahat sir. We are even looking forward to an international collaboration this year.”
