Jyotica Tangri on 'Haye Boo!': The full song is full of expressions and drama

The Punjabi film 'Jatt Nu Chudail Takri' has been generating headlines since its inception. Following the teaser and trailer releases, the filmmakers actively involved the audience with the movie's songs. The most recent addition is the vibrant track 'Haye Boo!,' a fun rendition by Jyotica Tangri. In a recent revelation, Jyotica Tangri shared some thrilling anecdotes about the song.

Jyotica reveals that it was Avvy Sra, the composer of her songs, 'Surmedani' and 'Sone Da Chaubara,' who reached out to her for this song. She said, " Avvy contacted me for this one, he sent me over the track and lyrics, it was mind-blowing, the lyrics are written by Harmanjeet, he is a fabulous lyricist, I immediately started dubbing the vocals, as Avvy wanted to submit the track asap."


"As I started recording 'Haye Boo' I realized it was so much fun to sing because the melody is super catchy and then the whole song is full of expressions and drama, both the things I love", she expressed with a laugh.

Recounting the fun time she had working on the song, the singer added, "I remember when I was dubbing the song it was just me in the room, I dubbed myself on my home setup in Mumbai and I kept laughing throughout the session while reading the lyrics and thinking of how should I express the lines."


"I had so much fun, that’s why you can sense the fun in the song, I can listen to it on repeat," she concluded.

Starring Gippy Grewal, Sargun Mehta, and Roopi Gill in the lead, the movie 'Jatt Nu Chudail Takri' is scheduled to release on 15 March 2024.
