'Maharaja' Box Office Collection Day 11: Vijay Sethupathi starrer successfully starts third week as it nears Rs 100 crore

The Tamil film 'Maharaja' was released in theatres on June 14. Directed by Nithilan Swaminathan, the movie stars Vijay Sethupathi, Anurag Kashyap, Mamta Mohandas, and Natty Nataraj in lead roles. The film marks Vijay Sethupathi's 50th film, and in 11 days, it has grossed over Rs 80 crore at the box office.

Taking to social media, the filmmakers officially announced that the movie has made Rs 81.85 crore at the box office.



In just 10 days, the film has grossed more than Rs 81.8 crore, performing well not only in Tamil Nadu but also in Telangana and Kerala. Vijay Sethupathi traveled to Hyderabad and Thiruvananthapuram last week to personally thank the audience and express his gratitude to his fans for making the film a success.

This crime drama has achieved the third-best opening in Kollywood this year and is expected to surpass Rs 100 crore at the box office by the third week.
