Karthi's 'Meiyazhagan' audio launch to happen in THIS location on Aug 31, Suriya to grace the event

Karthi, the charming Tamil actor, will be next seen on big screens in 'Meiyazhagan', and the film is locked to hit the big screens on September 27. 'Meiyazhagan' will be released simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu, and the film is anticipated to be one of the widest releases of Karthi. The makers of 'Meiyazhagan' have planned to organize a grand audio launch for the film on August 31 in Coimbatore and not in Chennai. Interestingly, Karthi's brother, Suriya will be gracing the event as a chief guest.

'Meiyazhagan' audio launch is going to be a buzz-boosting event for sure as two brothers will be taking the same stage. Also, we can expect Karthi's cameo role in Suriya's 'Kanguva' to be revealed at the event. Karthi is said to be making a short appearance in Suriya's next release 'Kanguva', which is directed by Siruthai Siva, and the former's role will lead the film to the sequel. Fans spotted a glimpse of Karthi in the recently release 'Kanguva' trailer, and the on-screen face-off of the two brothers is going to be a massive one for sure.

Directed by Prem Kumar of '96' fame, 'Meiyazhagan' features Karthi and Arvind Swamy in the main roles as two brothers. The emotional drama set in the rural backdrop also has Rajkiran, Sri Divya, Swathi Konde, Devadarshini, Jayaprakash, Sriranjani, Ilavarasu, Karunakaran, and Saran Shakthi in crucial roles, while the film's music is taken care of Govind Vasantha.
