A film with a social message

Vijay played the role of the CEO of a popular organization, who came to India to cast his vote in the local election. But he was shocked as his vote was illegally cast by others, and he introduced the audience to the 49-P law. 49-P is the law that can be used by the people when their vote is illegally registered by another, and the strong social message in the film brought some changes to society.

Varalakshmi in a negative role

Varalakshmi played the negative role of having a political battle with Vijay in 'Sarkar', and she delivered her best.
