Soundarya Rajinikanth took to her X account and wrote, "50 YEARS of the ONE and ONLY SUPERSTAR, @rajinikanth. An explosive, exclusive video of #Thalaivar reliving the magic of #Padayappa drops tonight! A Legend. A Legacy. Forever in a League of His Own."
Along with the caption, she shared a picture of Rajinikanth donning all-white attire and smiling at the camera while sitting on a chair in a room. As per the poster, the video will be out at 7 pm IST today. Take a look at the post here.

The actor is currently working on his next 'Jailer 2'. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the film also stars S. J. Suryah, Ramya Krishnan, Vinayakan, Yogi Babu, and Mirnaa. The Anirudh musical is set to hit theaters on June 12, 2026. Apart from this, Rajinikanth will star in a movie with another Tamil icon, Kamal Haasan. Initially Sundar C was roped in to helm the project; however, after his exit, the makers are searching for a new filmmaker to direct the movie.
Some reports suggested that Dhanush is one of the strong contenders to helm the project. However, no official announcement has been made as of now.
