Aari Arujunan and Deepshika will be playing the leads in director LR Sundarapandi's thriller titled Release. Sundarapandi has previously helmed films like Vaigai and Theerkadarishi. Talking about his role in the film, Aari Arujunan says, “I play an IT guy facing various challenges at the workplace. My character is someone who takes on challenges without backing down. The film revolves around the notion that everything in our lives has a meaning. It will be a thrilling experience with unexpected twists and turns.”
He adds, “After Maya, this will be another thriller of mine with a commercial touch. It's a film that will provide something fresh for the audience.”
Aaradhya, director Subramania Siva, and Aditya Kathir are also part of the film. J Laxman, who has worked on films like Podaa Podi, will be handling the
cinematography.
