One of the drawbacks of being a celebrity is people creating fake IDs on socials media of the celebrities or social media accounts getting hacked. While over the years many have faced these issues, the latest to fall victim for one of these is actor Karthi, whose social media account on Facebook has been hacked.
Sharing the information through his Twitter page, actor Karthi posted, "Hello guys, my Facebook page has been hacked. We are trying to restore it with Fb team." (sic)
Earlier in February, ‘Super Deluxe’ actress Gayathrie Shankar, on February 20, announced that her Instagram account had been hacked and interestingly, spam messages were sent to actor Premgi Amaren. Bigil' girl Amritha Aiyer's social media page was also hacked the same month. Later in April, actress Aishwarya Rajesh's Instagram handle had also been hacked.
Meanwhile on the work front, actor Karthi, who was last seen in director Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan' and PS Mithran's 'Sardar', has just begun shooting his upcoming film 'Japan' directed by Raju Murugan.
