Actress Jyothika's next titled 'Raatchasi'

Popular actress Jyothika is currently on a roll. After the success of 'Katrin Mozhi', she will be next seen in a movie titled, 'Raatchasi'. Jyotika is said to be playing a Government school teacher who struggles to improve the educational standards of the students in her school. The last time she played a school teacher was in Gautham Menon’s ‘Kaaka Kaaka’.

SR Prabhu will be bankrolling this project under the banner Dream Warrior Pictures and S Raj will be making his directorial debut with this film. A grand school set reportedly worth Rs 50 lakh was constructed for the film in which the makers shot important scenes. The film also stars Poornima Baghyaraj, Sathyan and Hareesh Paredi in important roles.

Jyotika is currently busy shooting for her yet-untitled comedy action entertainer with director Kalyaan of 'Gulaebaghavali' fame. Jyothika will be seen along with veteran actress Revathy in Kalyan's film which is being produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment.
