After 'Maamannan', Vadivelu and Fahadh Faasil to collaborate on a comedy film!

Vadivelu and Fahadh Faasil acted together in the film 'Maamannan'. Directed by Mari Selvaraj, the film was released on June 29, 2023, and it was critically acclaimed. Both actors were praised for their acting in the film, and the new buzz is that the two actors are again collaborating on a new film. The yet-to-be-titled film will be produced by Super Good Films, which is the production banner owned by RB Choudary. It is also managed by his sons and actors, Jiiva and Jithan Ramesh.


The film is said to be a comical film, and it will be directed by a debutant. The cast and crew of the film are yet to be announced, and it is suspected that the film will go on the streets in January 2024. More details are to follow soon.

Earlier, it was reported that Fahadh Fassil was collaborating with Super Good Films for the movie 'Hanuman Gear'. It is not clear if it is this film that Vadivelu will be part of or a new film that will be produced by the production house.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vadivelu was last seen in the film 'Chandramukhi 2'. Released on September 28, the comedy-horror starred Vadivelu in his role as Murugesan from the prequel. On the other hand, Fahadh Faasil has a few projects in the pipeline that include 'Paatu' directed by Alphonse Putheran, 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' with director Sukumar, and 'Aavesham' with director Jithu Madhavan.
