After three years, '80s stars have a reunion, in Mumbai

The 10th year reunion in 2019 was hosted by Chiranjeevi in his fabulous Hyderabad home. Nearly 40 stars from south India and Mumbai attended that reunion. But due to the pandemic, the stars did not meet up until now, after a gap of three years, when they had their reunion this year in Mumbai.

Poonam Dhillon and Jackie Shroff graciously hosted the actors from the four southern states. They invited a few of their colleagues from Bollywood, too, for the evening.

Every year they have a colour theme for evening, and this year, the theme was silver and orange for women and grey and orange for men. The venue decoration was Maharashtrian and food menu had Maharashtrian delicacies with a local flavour.

The hosts, Poonam Dhillon and Jackie Shroff took great effort to prepare the venue in the theme colours and welcomed their guests, according to a press released by the stars.

The get together went on till the wee hours of the morning, and the actors from the south performed for a medley.

Poonam Dhillon had organised games and quiz, making it a fun-filled evening.

The celebrities who were part of the 11th year '80s actors reunion include Chiranjeevi, Sarath Kumar, K Bhagyaraj, Venkatesh, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Deol, Arjun, Rajkumar Sethupathi, Naresh, Bhanuchander, Suhasini, Khushbu, Ramya Krishnan, Lissy, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Radha, Ambika, Saritha, Swapna, Sumalatha, Shobana, Revathy, Menaka, Poonam Dhillon and Nadiya.

Vidya Balan, Shakti Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Tina Ambani, Padmini Kolhapure, Meenakshi Seshadri and Madhoo were also part of the guests list this year.
