Arun Vijay and Prasanna off to Thailand for Mafia shoot

Director Karthick Naren is currently busy filming his upcoming film '

Mafia

' starring Arun Vijay and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead along with Prasanna. While Priya Bhavani Shankar has already wrapped up her portions, the latest update is that Arun Vijay and the film's antagonist Prasanna are currently camping in Thailand for the last leg of shoot. It is said that some action sequences are planned to be shot.

The story is set in the backdrop of Chennai anf the film will be a high-octane gangster drama. Subashkaran is producing the film under the banner Lyca Productions. Gokul Benoy of 'Monster' fame is cranking the camera and Jakes Bejoy is composing music while editing is being taken care by Sreejith Sarang.

The first look poster of the film, which was released earlier, showed three chic Arun Vijays wielding guns and a ‘hitlist’ poster. The film is being planned for a December release.
