Ashok Selvan was last seen in the film ‘Nitham Oru Vaanam’. The movie was released on November 4 and it received a decent response. The actor made his debut in the Tamil film industry as an actor in 2013 with the film ‘Soodhu Kavuum’ and then gave hits like ‘Thegidi’ and ‘Oh My Kadavule’. The actor in 2022 has had 5 film releases – ‘Hostel’, ‘Manmadhaleelai’, ‘Sila Nerangalil Sila Manidhargal’, ‘Vezham’, ‘Nitham Oru Vaanam’ and this is one of the busiest years for him.
The actor has a separate fan base and he is also currently known as one of the young talented actors of Kollywood. The actor speaking at a press conference after ‘Nitham Oru Vaanam’ release reportedly stated that he entered the film industry without any background and noted that he suffered and struggled a lot to grow as an actor. He also thanked his fans and movie directors for the love and support they have given him and said that he is overwhelmed with it.
Ashok Selvan reportedly said that his choice of film scripts has been different over time and he now wished to act in a movie that has a village story or a rural background to it. The actor reportedly mentioned that he is currently choosing scripts for his next movie and said that the fans and audience will soon see him in a movie that has a rural story.
