Ashok Selvan's 'Oh My Kadavule' to be remade in Telugu?

Ashok Selvan and Ritika Singh starrer 'Oh My Kadvule', that released last Valentine's Day, received a great response from the audience. Actress Vani Bhojan too had marked her debut with the film. Now, reports are rife that the film might be remade in Telugu.
According to a report in a news portal, the Telugu version of 'Oh My Kadavule' will be directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, who directed the original version.But, there is a question about the lead actor as Ashok Selvan has not made his debut in Telugu yet.
Director Ashwath Marimuthu reportedly developed the script of 'Oh My Kadavule' for almost five years, before he was sure that the film is ready for release. If all goes planned, 'Oh My Kadavule' will join the bandwagon of films that are remade in Telugu.
'Oh My Kadavule' was produced by G Dhillibabu's Axess Film Factory in association with Abinaya Selvam Happy High, and the film was released by Sakthi Film Factory. The music of the film was scored by Leon James, and the cinematography was handled by Vidhu Ayanna
