Vikram stunned fans with his three different characters Ambi, Remo, and Anniyan in Shankar's directorial 'Anniyan'. Srinivasa Murthy had given the voice of Chiyaan Vikram in the 'Anniyan' Telugu version and impressed fans equally as the lead actor's original version. Chiyaan Vikram has also now shared a video of Srinivasa Murthy dubbing for his characters in 'Anniyan' at an event to recall the work of the talented dubbing artist.

Earlier, Suriya took to Twitter to mourn the demise of Srinivasa Murthy, and wrote that “This is a huge personal loss! Srinivasamurthy Garu’s voice and emotions gave life to my performances in Telugu. Will miss you Dead Sir! Gone too soon.”

Apart from dubbing, Srinivasa Murthy had also acted in a couple of Telugu films, and he had regularly raised his voice against the financial problems faced by dubbing artists through his interviews.
