Cricketer Javagal Srinath's favorite is Rajinikanth; reveals airport meeting

Cricket and cinema are the most favorite entertainment for Indians and the stars from both the profession are highly followed by fans. Just like every other cricket fan in India, it is known that superstar Rajinikanth is also a huge fan of the game and has been spotted a few times at the stadium enjoying the matches. Interestingly, being a huge star himself, the star actor is the favorite for many cricketers as well and one among them is none other than famous Javagal Srinath, who hails from Karantaka.
The former Indian fast bowler revealed that superstar Rajinikanth is one is favorite actors other than Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. In a chat with R Ashwin, the ace speedster also opened about his meeting with Rajinikanth during his playing days.
The former Indian bowler was all praise for superstar Rajinikanth and said, "He bring tremendous energy into your life. I mean, even if you are depressed, go and watch Rajinikanth movie. His screen presense, that little extra bit that he brings into the movie. All of that makes me truly love him."
Talking about his meeting with the superstar, Srinath said, "I have met him a couple of times. Once I met him at the airport and he even offered to drop me home. It was so nice of him to say that at the Bangalore airport."
"When you don't have a good day or going through a lean patch, just go an watch a Rajinikanth movie. You will come charged out of it," added Srinath.
