CV Kumar: My next film follows a pattern similar to The Da Vinci Code

Producer CV Kumar had turned director with Sundeep Kishan-starrer Maayavan in 2017. On Monday morning, he took to Twitter to announce that he is all set to begin his next directorial, starring Rajesh C Kanagasabai in lead role. He tweeted, “On this auspicious day of victory. Happy to share my next directorial venture *ing @shrrushtikartha@DanielBalaje#Veluprabakaran camera by@prakash2554edit #aswin @onlynikil @digitallynow (sic)

Prakash Rudra will crank camera for the project which will have editing by Aswin.Kumar says that the yet-to-be-titled project will be an adventure thriller. He says, “Rajesh, who has acted earlier in a few films, has been roped in as the protagonist. The movie will be high on adventure and thrills. The story involves various facts and fiction, and will touch upon history as well. I was inspired by the film, The Da Vinci Code, and this movie’s story will have a pattern which reminds of it.”
According to Kumar, the female lead of the film is likely to be confirmed in a few days’ time. The team is planning to go on floors post Deepavali, and they are looking forward to shoot in Chennai, Karaikudi, Madurai and a few other places, too. Daniel Balaji, director Velu Prabakaran, Anupama Kumar and others play pivotal roles in the film which has story, screenplay and dialogues written by Kumar himself.
