The movie has almost bagged itself Rs. 50 crores even before its theatrical release, which indicates a lot of love from the digital and television media in this franchise. The audio rights have been obtained by T-Series South, and the satellite TV rights have been bought by Zee Tamil. After completion of the pre-production stage of the film, the puja ceremony was held in July before the film began. There are rumors that the team is expanding the 'Demonte Colony' world while retaining the same dark, creepy vibe that has become the film series' trademark. Director Ajay Gnanamuthu, who has always been the director of the franchise, promises another thrilling narrative and horrifying fantasy that is best suited for the movie theatre as well as OTT.
