Rajinikanth starrer 'Vettaiyan' was released in theatres today (Oct 10), and the film received a massive opening with fans across locations enjoying the latest release. Fans went crazy as they witness Superstar Rajinikanth one more time on big screens. Actor Dhanush has joined fans for the 'Vettaiyan' FDFS to prove he is an ardent Superstar fan. He watched the Rajinikanth starrer at a popular theatre in Chennai, while fans welcomed the popular actor with a huge cheer. Dhanush was spotted cool in a white shirt and matching black denim, and he waved towards fans as he stepped in to watch Rajinikanth's film. Meanwhile, Rajinikanth's daughters Aishwarya and Soundarya, wife Latha, and Aishwarya-Dhanush's sons Yatra and Linga have also watched the 'Vettaiyan' FDFS with fans at a theatre, which Dhanush also watched. Dhanush and Aishwarya watching a film in the same theatre and at same time fuel rumors about the reconciliation of the separated couple.
Other than his films' FDFS, Dhanush never missed watching Rajinikanth's film FDFS in theatres along with fans. 'Vettaiyan' has a strong supporting cast that includes Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Dushara Vijayan, Ritika Singh, and Rakshan among others. The cop-thriller features music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, while the cinematography and editing are handled respectively by SR Kathir and Philomin Raj.
