After making an impressive debut with 'Eeram' in 2019,
director Arivazhagan
had made interesting films like Vallinam, Aarathu Sinam and Kuttram 23. Following the success of Kuttram 23, Arun
Vijay and director Arivazhagan are all set to team up for a film once again tentatively titled 'AV31' and Regina Cassandra has been roped in to play the female lead in this film.
Meanwhile, in a recent interview, director Arivazhagan has opened up about his meeting with
Thalapathy Vijay that happened a few years back. Talking about his meeting with Vijay, he said, "It was an unforgetable memorable moment. Every director will have an interest and desire to work with Thalapathy sir. I can definetly say that it has also been a long time dream for me, as well. After seeing Thuppakki, I was very keen to do a film with Thalapathy Vijay. But there are various factors that need to come together for a project to take off and am waiting for that time."
"After 'Kuttram 23' I met Vijay sir. I was impressed by the hospitality given by Vijay sir and it was a memorable experience. So I waiting for the right time and I should say I am waiting for th dream come true moment. I believe the effort and hardwork you put in your work will give you back and I am confident I will get to work with Vijay sir soom," added the director.
