Vijay's 65th film is seeing a whole lot of speculation and it is also rumoured that the ‘Bigil’ actor will collaborate with filmmaker Perarasu. While the filmmaker had earlier clarified that he did have a script in hand but nothing was confirmed, rumours refuse to die down.
Once again, clarifying on the same, Perarasu stated in a recent interview that he got in touch with Vijay for a story but has not got a call from the star. He is eager to direct Vijay, but the opportunity doesn’t seem to have come yet.
Vijay is currently working with 'Kaithi' director Lokesh Kanagaraj for his 64th film and shooting is currently going on at the Central Prison of
Shimoga
. Apart from Vijay, the film also features
Vijay Sethupathi,
Malavika Mohanan,
Andrea Jeremiah, Arjun Das, Antony Varghese and
Shanthanu Bhagyaraj
among others. The shooting is expected to end in February as the film is slated for Summer 2020 release.
