On giving new looks to Vijay Antony, Sathyaraj, Sarathkumar, and Saranya Ponvannan in 'Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan,' Vijay Milton revealed, "I always aim to give a fresh look to stars because I want them to be remembered for my film, and fans should recognize the film through their appearances. Working with experienced stars is a special task since they have often tried similar things in their previous films. I figured out Vijay Antony and Sarathkumar sir's looks for 'Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan' easily. However, Sathyaraj sir and Saranya Ponvannan ma'am's looks were the most challenging. Sathyaraj sir has acted in over 250 films, and for Saranya Ponvannan ma'am, we added a Burmese connection to her character to give her a fresh look. I'm happy now as their looks are grabbing special attention."
