Ajith Kumar recently had a memorable encounter while dining in Dubai. He was pleasantly surprised when a restaurant staff member, who shares his name, sang the title track from the film 'Kandukondain Kandukondain', a classic from 2000 that featured Ajith alongside Aishwarya Rai and Tabu.

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), Ajith was visibly moved and astonished by the fan's impressive singing. After the song, he warmly embraced the staff member, shook hands with him and appreciated the gesture.

'Kandukondain Kandukondain', directed by Rajiv Menon, is known for its beautiful storytelling and features a soundtrack composed by AR Rahman. The film is inspired by Jane Austen's 'Sense and Sensibility'.

This heartwarming incident comes shortly after Ajith's success in the Dubai 24H endurance race, where his team secured third place in the 991 category. Despite facing challenges during the race, including a crash due to brake failure in practice sessions, Ajith showcased remarkable resilience and determination. His efforts earned him recognition as "Spirit of the Race" in the GT4 category.

R Madhavan recently expressed his admiration for fellow actor Ajith Kumar, particularly about Ajith's achievements in motorsports.
