Thalapathy Vijay’s recent collaboration with Director
Venkat Prabhu for the action thriller movie 'The Greatest of All Time (GOAT)' is performing exceptionally well at the box office since its release on September 5. Over the past seven days, the film has earned a total of Rs 171.25 crore in India.
On September 12, the movie collected Rs 6.50 crore, according to early estimates from Sacnilk, bringing its total to Rs 177.75 crore in India on day 8.
The film's occupancy rate stands at 24.15 percent for Tamil, while the Hindi and Telugu versions had occupancy rates of 8 percent and 13.27 percent, respectively.
It has been reported that 'GOAT' will be Thalapathy Vijay’s last film, as he plans to focus on his political party and career soon. The film has already crossed Rs 300 crore worldwide, making it the fifth highest-grossing Indian film of 2024.
'GOAT' also stars Prabhu Deva, Prashanth, Ajmal Ameer, Sneha, Meenakshii Chaudhary, and Yogi Babu in key roles. Trisha Krishnan made a cameo appearance in the movie. Vijay plays a dual role in 'GOAT', portraying both a father and a son.
