Veteran actor Poo Ram passed away yesterday after a brief illness. Many celebrities, who have worked with the actor, took to social media to share their condolences. Actress Gouri G Kishan, who has worked with Ram in Dhanush-starrer Karnan, took to her Instagram to share a heartfelt message.
Sharing a picture from the film's set, Gouri wrote, "Was fortunate to work along with Poo Ram sir during the shoot of Karnan. #RIP. I will always remember you as the most knowledgable, unique and headstrong person who always persisted me to have a clear opinion on matters of the world (sic).
'Karnan' directed by Mari Selvaraj starred Dhanush, Lal, Rajisha Vijayan, Natarajan Subramaniam, Gouri Kishen, Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli and Poo Ram in the film. The film was released on April 9, 2021, and opened to good reviews.
