Mani Ratnam, the veteran director has associated with the legendary actor Kamal Haasan for the upcoming film titled 'Thug Life', and the upcoming film marks the duo's reunion after three decades. The shooting of 'Thug Life' kickstarted a few months back, and the team successfully completed a short schedule for the film. But the next schedule of the film failed to begin since Kamal Haasan is busy with his political work. Dulquer Salman, who was roped in for a key role in the film, stepped out from the film due to the delay in the film shoot. As the rescheduling of the 'Thug Life' shoot clashed with his prior commitments, Dulquer Salman made his exit from the film, and it's a humble exit from the charming actor, says the latest buzz doing rounds on social media.

After the shooting of 'Thug Life' was altered, Dulquer Salman reached Chennai to meet Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam to explain his situation. The busy actor then got approval from his seniors and finalized on missing out on being part of 'Thug Life'. Kamal Haasan has reportedly also wished Dulquer Salman for his next films. Following Dulquer Salman, Jayam Ravi is also said to have decided to keep himself away from 'Thug Life' due to the delay in the film shooting.

The next schedule of 'Thug Life' will be commencing in Serbia, and Mani Ratnam has finalized the location for the film shoot. But the shooting will resume after the Lok Sabha election, and it may even take more time.
